Redesigning and building the official website and member platform for New Zealand’s general surgeons

We led the redesign and development of NZAGS’ digital platform, turning it into a central hub for surgeons and trainees across New Zealand. The site connects CPD tracking, events, news, and member tools, with clear paths to resources, training content, and surgeon profiles for public visibility. We mapped the UX, refined the structure, and built the integrations that support day to day use.

The result is a clear and professional presence that supports over 300 surgeons, with a platform that brings together education, connection, and public trust in one place.
