Enhance your marketing with the power of content

In today’s digital world, content marketing can influence and inspire people more than anything. It’s become central to any marketing strategy – from digital to branding to retail and beyond.

Why is content marketing important?

Marketing tactics, platforms and strategies continue to change over time, but great content is what drives the online engine, and will continue to no matter what else changes.

1. Helps communicate your real value

What you want to highlight versus what the customer wants to know can be completely different messages. The right content, therefore, will communicate your solutions above features and facts.

To get your audience’s attention and drive engagement, relevant content is key. For example, we could easily go on about how we do awesome eCommerce integrations or use the best content management systems for websites and list all their amazing features, but our audience would rather hear ‘our websites make selling online easy, helping you achieve more sales, faster’.

2. Influences conversions & new leads

Content marketing not only works in commanding a viewer’s attention, it helps your overall website traffic, visitor engagement, and getting those visitors to convert at the end of the funnel. Once people can connect with your content, you can build a relationship with your audience, who are then more likely to convert.

3. Improves SEO

This one is a no-brainer. Great content helps your website’s search engine rankings, getting more eyeballs to your website, and effectively increasing your conversion rate.

Blogs are especially helpful in improving SEO, companies that blog get 55% more website visitors than companies that don’t (according to Hubspot). As you publish more content, Google increases your page rank, making it even easier for potential customers to find you. We’ve also got more on SEO here.

Content is king.

And it continues to drive marketing online and offline. So make sure you develop a content marketing strategy with your customers at its core.
